Delivery Information (DPD)
We are proud to partner with DPD to provide a fast, reliable, and trackable delivery service for all our UK customers. DPD is one of the UK’s leading time-critical carriers.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
We understand that you need your tools quickly. That’s why we strive to process all orders as fast as possible.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
- Handling Time: 0-1 Business Days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DPD Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your parcel explicitly via our Track Order page or directly on the DPD website.
With DPD Predict, you will be given a one-hour delivery window via text or email on the day of delivery, so you don’t have to wait in all day.
Payment Policy
We are committed to providing a secure payment environment. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Processed via secure 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Revolut: Fast and secure direct payments.
Note: We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Cheques, or Bank Transfers unless explicitly arranged for trade accounts.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The total price of your order will be displayed at checkout.
