30-Day Returns Guarantee

At Tools World, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all packaging and accessories.

Return Shipping Process

Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service like Royal Mail Recorded or DPD.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately at support@toolsworld.co.uk. We will arrange a free DPD collection or provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Revolut or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
